Booking is simple! Just reach out via email or WhatsApp to arrange your preferred date and time. You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, including a Zoom link for online sessions or the address for in-person visits.
Find a quiet, comfortable space and wear something you can relax in. Have water nearby, and use headphones for online sessions. Please keep your camera on throughout the session so we can stay fully connected.
If you are coming in person, arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Absolutely! I will guide you through every step, making sure you feel safe and supported. Many clients find the experience deeply restorative, even on their first session.
Take a few minutes to rest, reflect, or journal your experience. After each session, you may also receive gentle exercises or practices designed to support your continued growth and progress.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without any issue. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee or be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the urgency and circumstances.
